Two options for lease earlyouts are available for tenants who must depart prior to lease expiration on July 31. To renew a lease for an upcoming lease term beginning August 1, an existing tenant must sign a new lease by end-of-day May 31. Any apartment occupied by a tenant not signing a lease renewal by May 31 becomes available for viewing and lease signing June 1, and must be vacated by July 31. Boardwalk Luxury Apartments continues to lease without regard to age, gender, race, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin or familial status, as we have for the past 45 years. Pets allowed with $1,500 additional security deposit; noise regulation strictly enforced; non–refundable $30.00 application fee per applicant.
